Bekah! I needed a break today so I just read your article and enjoyed all your pictures! And don't worry, Bekah, I have picture of YOU to post on my next post about OH. :) So you can be looking forward to that. :) Praise the Lord about how well things went for you regarding food on the trip. I was really grateful to our chefs too... I felt so good the whole time and everyone stayed healthy! I'm sure a big part of that was because of how healthy we all ate. Thanks again for all you shared. I'm so encouraged. And inspired. And feeling a little guilty about the ice cream I just ate... :-/ The pancakes look great. I'm glad you aren't tired of peanut butter yet. Miss you! Thanks for being so fun and so transparent! Grace
I'm a 23 year old homeschool graduate. I love writing about the things the Lord is teaching me! I live at home with my parents and 5 sisters, and I work at the Bright Lights Headquarters (girls discipleship ministry) in Marion, IA.
Welcome to my blog! I'm glad you've stopped by. It's my prayer that you are encouraged as you read my story, or I should say God's story. Any success I have is all because of Christ. Without Him - I am nothing! I've experienced the roller-coaster ride of ups and downs in regard to weight loss. It's not an easy journey, but one that I desperately needed to begin! And my whole reason for keeping this blog is simply to share how the Lord is working in my life. I want to pass on to others the things He's teaching me with the hope that the Lord would encourage and strengthen your heart, as He has mine.
You'll find the beginning of my story in the very first of my posts, so check out the archives to get caught up to date.
Read on! Share your thoughts. Be encouraged! We serve a powerful God.
