Okay, everybody! Get up out of that chair and start moving! I mean, NOW! It's cold today, so create your own body heat by moving around a bit. Chase after a ball, do jumping jacks, march in place for 10 minutes, jump rope 100 times - get your heart pumping. It'll boost your metabolism and your energy levels and you'll feel just great.
