Praise the Lord about how well things went for you regarding food on the trip. I was really grateful to our chefs too... I felt so good the whole time and everyone stayed healthy! I'm sure a big part of that was because of how healthy we all ate.
Thanks again for all you shared. I'm so encouraged. And inspired. And feeling a little guilty about the ice cream I just ate... :-/ The pancakes look great. I'm glad you aren't tired of peanut butter yet.
